Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at the start of any billing month. We'll prorate the difference.
What's the minimum commitment?
We ask for a 3-month minimum to ensure we can deliver meaningful results. Most clients stay well beyond that.
Do you work with US businesses?
Absolutely. We serve clients across Canada and the United States. Pricing is shown in both CAD and USD.
What if I need more hours?
Additional hours can be added to any plan at a discounted rate for existing clients. We'll always be transparent about scope.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. We invest the first month in discovery and roadmapping — it's included in your retainer.
